What is the minimum order quantity?
Most stock items start at 500 pieces. Small items like straws and paper cups are sold by the carton (4,000–16,000 pieces). Custom-printed boxes are quoted to specification, typically from 1,000 pieces.
How long does delivery take?
Regular orders ship in 10–12 working days. First custom-printed orders take about 20 working days; recurring custom orders ship in 7 working days. Times can vary with transport and season.
Do you deliver outside Chennai?
Yes. We deliver across Chennai and ship pan-India by surface transport. Local transport to the parcel office and onward freight are charged at actuals.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All rates are per piece and exclusive of GST — 18% on most items, 5% on Oko compostable boxes.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We share physical samples of stock items, and a structural (unprinted) sample for custom boxes before production, so you can test for leaks, heat and fit.
What are the payment terms?
100% advance against order for regular orders, and 70% advance with 30% before dispatch for bulk orders. Orders are confirmed on receipt of the advance. See our terms.
