What is the difference between corrugated, mono carton and rigid boxes?
Corrugated boxes have a fluted layer between liners and are used for shipping and mailers. Mono carton boxes are single-layer folding cartons (300–400 gsm) used for retail and food packaging. Rigid boxes are thick greyboard wrapped in printed paper and do not fold — used for premium gifts, jewellery and cosmetics.
What is the minimum order for custom boxes?
Typically 1,000 pieces for mono carton and corrugated boxes and 300–500 pieces for rigid boxes, depending on size and print. Small runs are possible at a higher per-piece rate.
Do I get a sample before production?
Yes. We share a digital proof and an unprinted structural sample so you can check fit and strength before we print the full run.
Can you design the artwork?
Yes. We supply the dieline and can lay out your artwork or design the box from scratch through our design partner.
