Orders & delivery
- All rates are per piece and exclusive of GST. GST is charged as applicable (18% on most items; 5% on Oko boxes).
- Local transportation to the parcel booking office and onward transport costs are additional, charged at actuals, and subject to availability.
- Estimated 10–12 working days for delivery of a regular order.
- Estimated 20 working days for the first customised order; recurring customised orders take about 7 working days.
- Delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
- Plastic Free Madras is not liable for shortages or damage caused in transit. All goods are dispatched on the account and at the risk of the purchaser. Glass is fragile — please inspect on receipt.
- Our responsibility ceases once the goods are delivered.
Payment
- 100% advance against order, with transport cost payable against dispatch.
- For bulk orders only: 70% advance against the order and 30% prior to dispatch.
- Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or rejected once approved and placed. Goods once sold cannot be taken back.
- Interest at 24% per annum is charged on invoices overdue beyond 20 days from the invoice date.
- Bank details are shared on the proforma invoice. We never ask for payment through links sent from unknown numbers — when in doubt, call us on +91 88257 45824.
Privacy
This website does not run a shopping cart, user accounts or tracking pixels. The enquiry list is stored only in your own browser. When you send an enquiry, it opens WhatsApp or your email app — the details go directly to us and are used only to respond to you and fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your contact details. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map from Google Maps, which are subject to Google's privacy policy.
